Like the title says, you can forward calls from one SIM card to the other SIM card on your Huawei device, if one of the two is not available or defective.

Call forwarding between SIM - Open the settings
Call forwarding between SIM - Tap on  Mobile network
Call forwarding between SIM - Tap on SIM management
Call forwarding between SIM - Tap on Call forwarding between SIMs
Call forwarding between SIM - Activate the option you want
