Buenas tardes, se me ha apagado el teléfono y ya no enciende, le he cambiado la pantalla y la batería y no funciona. Le doy al botón de encendido y vibra, pero no muestra nada en la pantalla. he intentado reiniciar con el botón de volumen y botón power, pero tampoco hace nada. Ya no espero que funcione el teléfono, pero ¿Podrían informarme de lo que debo hacer para recuperar la memoria interna del teléfono? Es importante. Espero su respuesta
