LG K61 The pdf download status notification does not disappear

TJM The pdf download status notification along the top of the phone (the little arrow pointing down showing you that something is being downloaded) does not disappear after the pdf has been downloaded. It just seems to be on all the time and stuck at 100%. You can't even get rid of it by swiping left when you pull down the top menu. Only way to get rid of it is to restart the phone. Please help!!

I think that this is a system error that LG has to fix.
