The cost saving mode allows you to assign a SIM card to each contact, and when the contact is called, the stored SIM card is used even if the other SIM card is active.

Cost save mode - Tap on Dual SIM Card
Cost save mode - Enable or Disable Cost save mode
Cost save mode - Confirm with OK
