I am unable to turn on the phone, it only stays on the AT&T icon and proceeds no further. I have gotten to the reset screen but there's information that isn't backed up that I prefer not to lose. My research shows that some people have actually gotten past my issue without losing any information. My main goal now is to retrieve the data stored on the internal memory disk. Can anyone help?

Hi cpug777!

Can you get into recovery mode? Please check there if you can select "wipe cache partition" and then reboot the device. Do not select the factory reset option.

Greetings!

I can get to recovery mode. There's no option to wipe cache partition

Hi cpug777!

Thanks for the feedback.

You should also find an option to reboot the system there, has that been tried yet?

Reboot only  got me back to the same place. I tried quite a few times.

Hi cpug777!

I'm afraid I have no further idea. I think that ultimately the only thing that would help is to reset the device.

Best regards

Denny
