TheRam Hi I have the aforementioned mobile I set up the fingerprint but now when I lock the mobile and then use the scanner to unlock it if I swiped up the screen it comes up with a open padlock then press the power button the phone is then open

Hi TheRam, so your problem is that you are still on the lock screen and not the home screen?
