Auto switch to ear receiver

If the "Auto switch to ear receiver" motion control is activated, the Oppo-Smartphone detects the movement to the ear during a phone call and the call is automatically switched from the speaker to the earphone.

Android 10 (ColorOS 7.0)
Step 1: Open the Settings
Step 2: Tap on Convenience tools
Step 3: Tap on Gestures & motions
Step 4: Enable or Disable Auto switch to ear receiver
