Enable or Disable Notifications
If you don't want to have notifications on the lock screen of the Oppo smartphone, you can disable them. Under ColorOS, notifications can be turned on or off individually for each app.





- Open the Settings
- Tap on Notifications & status bar
- Tap on Manage notifications
- Tap on Lock screen notifications
- Choose between Display title and body, Display title only and Do not display
Customize Notifications
By default, notifications are displayed on the Oppo smartphone lock screen, and even the content of a notification is displayed with it. If the content of the notification is not desired, Oppo offers a function in ColorOS to turn off the content. The notification is still displayed on the lock screen, but the content is hidden.




- Open the Settings
- Tap on Privacy
- Tap on Lock screen
- Choose between Show all notification content, Hide sensitive content and Hide all notifications
Screen-Wake when receiving notifications
If the Oppo smartphone's screen is turned off, it will not be turned on by default when new notifications are sent, and ColorOS offers an option in the settings to turn the screen on when new notifications are sent.



- Open the Settings
- Tap on Notifications & status bar
- Enable or Disable Wake screen when a notification is received
