Spike phone only shows a blank screen. it will not show a recovery screen even when the volume+ and power button are pressed. i can not see if its on or not but sometimes if you run your finger over the fingerprint sensor it vibrate, but nothing shows on the screen.

Hi Spike!
If nothing is displayed at all and a start in recovery mode is not possible, I'm afraid it is due to a defective display.
In this case you can only take the device to a repair store.
