Samsung Galaxy A50 my phone audio jack and call speaker is not wrking properly
i am using samsung galaxy a50. since yesterday my phone audio jack and also phone call speaker is not working properly. all i can hear is noise. only the main speaker is working. it has something with the software. because when i restarted both were working but again its not working even restart is not working on this now. and both starts work and stops work at the same time. please help

and i just checked. its mic is also not working. same issue. all the other side is hearing is total noise.
