By default, only predefined app shortcuts are displayed on the start screen of Samsung devices ex works. All other preinstalled and manually added apps are accessible via the App Drawer. Wipe up on the start screen to call up the app overview.

Samsung's One UI allows the user to disable the App-Drawer (App Overview), so all apps are displayed on the home screen. Both home screen layouts are saved, so changes can be undone.
