Ulefone Armor 3W Card emulation - no available security element

Hello

I recently bought a Ulefone Armor 3W and have tried to use Google pay, but it won't work. I've researched the help guides with Google and have troubleshooted. I believe the issue involves there being 'no available security element'. I cannot turn on the card emulation mode. Can you please advise me what I need to do to get this working?
