Mlou78 Screen is stuck and phone is on. Power button won't work

did you already try to press the power button for 15 seconds to turn it off? And if, try it with volume up and the power button for at least 15 seconds. These are the only buttons that could help you to turn off your device, otherwise you'd have to wait till your battery is empty.
