Ulefone Note 7 cant pick up mobile data

mrpips1 hi,i have ulefone note 7 mobile phone.
when i go on to mobile data my sky sim card wont pick up the mobile data?
when i try other sim cards from virgin,ee,o2,3 etc my phone picks up mobile data,
and when i put my sky sim into other different make phones the mobile data also works.
cant suss it out?
