Xiaomi Pocophone F1 Headphone Port

Scampa Hi my son has had a f1 a couple of weeks suddenly the headphone jack has stopped working, please advise.
I have tried restarting phone, checking for fluff in the port, trying different earphones, I plug in the earphones play a song and it just comes out of the speakers
