Martyt53 I have bought a new Alcatel 1s phone and the screen is locked and asking for a password. I have not set a password and I can not get into the phone. I have done a factory reset and boot aand still locked out

Hi Martyt53, Have you been able to set up the device before or is it asking for the password right after startup?
If it is right after startup, the phone is not new and someone will have already set it up, in which case contact the seller directly.
