Alcatel 1S Bluetooth problems

LuisNeto Hello,
I am trying to connect my phone (Alcatel 1S (2019) with my car by Bluetooth and something is not ok.
My car bluetooth system recognizes the device, however during a call to another phone I can not hear any sound but the destination phone hears my voice.
During the call I try to activate and change the icon speaker to bluetooth mode but it does not work.
So could you help with this problem?
