I wish to increase the external memory card and transfer the existing memory to the new one but my laptop will not recognise thh old card, due to blackview formatting. How do I overcme this?

Hello verona80, the laptop must recognize the memory card, because the Blackview also only formats in FAT32 or NFTS.

Was the memory card on the Blackview smartphone encrypted?

C

If it was encrypted it must be automatic because I did not choose such this action.

thank you Simon.

Hello Verona80, Colnee!

You should be able to back up all data on your laptop and then copy it back to the new card.

Please note that the new memory card is formatted first.

Greetings!
