Blackview BV5900 Bv5900 memory card problem

Grampy99 I have a BV5900 with an additional memory card. I save all my photos to the card but I am unable to delete them. I get a permissions error message. How do I change the permissions on either the memory card or the Photos app so I can delete some of them. I am running Android 10.

Have you already checked the app permissions via Permission manager?
Please enter Settings > Apps & Notifications > Advanced > Permission manager
