Blackview A60 Pro Wireless update failure
Hi,
my phone is prompting me to install a wireless update Google security patch.
I've tried a couple of times now to update my A60 Pro with the Wireless update Version number: A60Pro_EEA_M169_V1.0_202011022V17_20201022-1446.
I've successfully download the file and started the installation process. The phone powers down, restarts and starts installing the patch. However, partway through the installation I'm presented with the android robot lying on his back, indicating that the patch installation has failed. The phone then reboots and continues to prompt to install the security patch.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue please?

Hello trethevy!
Can you operate the phone normally afterwards? In that case you could try the whole thing via safe mode.
If the problem should occur again, you would have to be patient until the error is fixed.
