Blackview BV5900 Screen streaks
When I open the display on my phone the screen streaks vertically. I can swipe through to the screen with the app buttons but this is still streaked and unusable. The touch screen does still function partially like this but the point of the screen touched never reacts to what is shown there.
I am able to restart the phone with the button on the side but this does not alter the display.
Locking the screen and leaving the device alone will normally eventually clear the problem but there is no way to predict how long this will take.
The problem has been intermittent but is now becoming rapidly worse.
I can supply a screen shot taken from another device of there is a way to attach it.
can you help please as I am otherwise satisfied with this phone.

Thank you very much for sending the screenshot.
I think you can rule out a software problem, rather that the display is broken, since everything is displayed incorrectly and the device rarely reacts to what you touch.
Unfortunately, the only solution would be to take the device to a repair store or service.
