Blackview BV9100 SMS out but not in
I am unable to receive SMS messages. The phone can send SMS to other phones but it cannot receive them.

Have you already tried to reset the network settings and then restart/reboot the device?

I've tried rebooting it, cleaning app cache and data, changing network locations and reseting Wifi,mobile $ Bluetooth, and I've also tried correcting the number of the SMSC by entering the GSM code *#*#4636#*#*. Nothing works

We would have suggested all this to you.
Have you already inserted the SIM card into another phone to check if the problem occurs there as well?
You could also contact the network provider to rule out possible network problems.

Yes. The phone has been reset 3 times and it still doesn't receive messages. I am going to return the phone and unfortunately leave a bad rating because it cannot perform one of the simplest task that a phone should do which is receive text messages.
