Hi, I am a novice at tech. I have just received my new tablet. I cannot complete the set up as I can't get past the page asking for privacy policy and user license agreement. I can open each heading but have no option to move on. I can't scroll the page or select anything. You can see that there looks like more to see on this page but scroll doesn't function on this page.

Does this seem familiar to anyone?

Hi Jomarcy!

In the past there have been problems with some users. Often it was because the privacy policy or license agreement was not accepted. Please check again whether there is still a check mark to be set.
