Bought phone, put a working sim in and says no network.

First of all we have to clarify whether this is a network-failure from mobile data or WIFI.
If it concerns the mobile data, you need to check and (if necessary) complete the APN settings.
If it is a WIFI network, there can be several reasons.

Completed the APN settings. Followed the instructions from network providers site. Its data plan that is not working on the p30. I can use the hotspot from this phone to hook the Cubot up.

If so, please delete the ones you don't need so that only the current one remains and restart the device.
