demonrc When receiving and making calls I cannot hear the other person unless I switch on the speaker phone. They can hear me both with the speaker phone switched on or off.
Whereas using the app Whatsapp the phone works correctly

If the problem hasn't been solved yet, have you ever tried to empty the phone app's cache?
You could also check if the phone app has access to the microphone.
