Cubot X20 Pro call quality
Hi, can anyone tell me how to fix my problem as in when someone phones me the quality of the call drops off as in the caller can't hear what i am saying

Yes thanks I have been to 02 and they say its the phone ? if i take the sim out and put in my samsung there is no problem, I have never seen any others complain about the Cubot x20 pro ..thought it was just something that i could fix or others have the same problem.
hello fethiye18. record a video or voice message where you speak something. play the file and check if the quality has drop off again.
Hi, sorry for the delay, yes I have recorded a message and played it back and it was great quality and did not drop off, I am lost with this as in if my wife calls me within the same house the calls are good quality but if someone tries to call me or video call me the sound is distorted but the video is great is there something i should be doing or something not set correctly...I bought the phone through Gearbest but I get no answere from the Cubot help line, does anyone else have this problem

Deactivate mobile data and WLAN for a test. There have been problems with VoIP and Wi-Fi calling on some devices. Maybe this is the problem.

Hi again, the bad connection problems happen both on Whatsapp and 02 Network calls more so when they call me or even on videocalls, i can hear them no bother but they can't hear me.

WhatsApp is always on Wi-Fi but calls are also very bad over network ...02
According to your description, I would say that this is a software problem, so check if all updates (also of apps) are installed.
Also, download and install another phone app from the Google Play Store (don't forget to set it as default app).
