Sabreazy My phone screen is on but it doesn’t show anything but a black screen with light

Hello Sabreazy!
Please try to start the recovery mode, if the screen there works normally, it is a system error of Android and you have to reset the device using the same mode.
- Turn off the device by pressing and holding the power button for at least 10 seconds
- Now start the device and hold down the power button and the volume up button
- Keep the keys pressed until the device starts the recovery mode.
- Navigate to wipe data/factory reset
