I have has my Doogee N20 about 3 weeks, after a few teething problems all seemed ok.  Now I am finding the battery is draining very quickly not even lasting 7 hours with not a lot of use.  I have let the battery run out and recharging it, the charger is getting very warm and after 4 hours of charging (whilst turned off) it had 51% charge I used it for 3 minutes to check messages and it drained by 3%.  Is this a common fault? Any suggestions other than send it back?  Thanks for any help.

Hello TKS!

It may well happen that the battery has a defect at delivery.

To rule this out for the time being, please check if any app in the background is responsible for the heavy battery usage.

You could also try a different charger cable/adapter.

Greetings!
