Doro 1370 Message won’t open

Bex A message has been received on the phone, when we click to open the message an egg timer is shown spinning round and it says ‘ Wait‘ then the phone goes blank

this sounds like a system error. please check the settings of the device to see if you can reset it. unfortunately i don't have such a doro here to check it myself.
