Blackdog Battery has gone flat in one day with little use , When phone is plug in to the charger the phone starts up and it says reboot now . Is it ok to reboot the phone , will it loose its contents .

A reboot restarts the device or system.
A reset would erase everything.
So if there were no translation problems, the system really only reboots.
