If the emergency SOS was enabled on the Huawei smartphone, an emergency contact was added immediately. Additional contacts can be added at any time.

Note: Up to three emergency contacts can be added.

Add emergency contacts - Open the Settings
Add emergency contacts - Tap on Security
Add emergency contacts - Tap on  Emergency SOS
Add emergency contacts - Tap on  Emergency contacts  to add up to three contacts

  4. Tap on Emergency contacts to add up to three contacts
