In case of connectivity problems on the Oppo smartphone, the network settings can be reset, whereby all Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and mobile network settings are reset.

Step 1: Tap on  Settings
Step 2: Tap on  Additional settings
Step 3: Tap on  Back up and reset
Step 4: Tap on  Erase all data (factory reset)
Step 5: Tap on  Reset  network settings
