My phone camera has been disabled due to security Policy and it has also affected the flash light and other apps relating to camera
Please first check if another camera app from the Play Store works and then report back to us.
No it doesn't
My phone camera has been disabled due to security Policy and it has also affected the flash light
Thank you for your answer!
Unfortunately, I don't know whether it is a software problem or a hardware defect.
Can you tell us if you get an error message, and if so, what is it?
Can you access the permissions of the camera in the settings?
It's the same message I get "your phone camera has been disabled due to security policy" or " cant connect to camera"
Yes I can access the permissions of the camera
If I continue trying to open it by continuous tapping sometime it on installs and I can only get it back by restoring a factory setting
I'm afraid that in this case only a restore to factory settings will help.
If the problem persists after that, it is due to a defect.
Thank you very much for your effort but I've also done that since you said it's due to a defect is there any other way you think I can fix the defect because sometimes it actually works for a short while but before you know it it's disabled again and if you try by continuously tapping it when there's a reboot it can even uninstall on its own
It appears to be a loose connection.
We would recommend that you take the device to a trusted repair store.
Explain the problem that the camera sometimes works for a short time but mostly getting error about not working camera.
Since you said it appears to be a loose connection do you mean it's internal or just something that can be done without opening the control panel of the phone
No, I think that there is really no solution without opening the panel. We recommend a trusted repair store.
OK then. Thank you very much for your help and time really appreciate if there's any other thing I'll contact you
Yeah, you're welcome anytime. Just drop us a line if you have any questions.
