Oukitel WP5 Pro Notifications
Just got the phone but I can’t get notifications to work on it, except for gmail. I get an icon on the screen for Facebook but nothing for anything else. i have turned on notification sound for apps but nothing except gmail. Any ideas???

Have you ever checked the settings of each app to see if the notifications are activated at all?
You should be able to find this under Settings > Apps >App settings.

All apps are set to give notifications. I’ve checked them all.also I’ve just found out I don’t get text messages either which I suspect is a carrier issue.
Hello! Have you perhaps activated a data saving mode or a power saving mode?
Does the problem occur generally or only when the screen is on?
The problem occurs all the time.there is no data saver on. At times I get the odd notification. What else I have found is the stock launcher won’t allow me in to change anything. I’m wondering if it’s because I used googles phone clone to get all the stuff off my old phone onto this, if it’s perhaps corrupted it somehow.

I'm not sure if it was due to Phone-Clone, but to find out, you could reset the device.
Please note that a restore via a Google backup could also restore this error, so we would recommend not restoring a backup for now.
