On the realme smartphone, we can decide for outgoing calls whether our phone number should be displayed or hidden.
In the latter case, the other party will not see our phone number, but "Unknown caller". We can show or hide our caller ID in the phone settings.

Note: When using Dual SIM, the caller ID can be shown or hidden individually for each SIM card.
