Check for software updates

The Samsung device automatically searches for new software updates at regular intervals, and in addition to the automatic search, we can of course also search for updates manually.

Android 10 (One UI 2.0)
Step 1:  Open the  Settings
Step 2:  Tap on  Software update
Step 3:  Tap on  Download and install

Auto download Software Update over Wi-Fi

If the Samsung device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, we can instruct it to automatically download an update via Wi-Fi, but no installation will take place.

Schedule update installation

Fireware updates do not necessarily have to be installed on the Samsung device immediately. We can also plan to install the update within the next 24 hours. After the automatic installation, the device will be restarted, among other things.
