Samsung Galaxy A10s No move to SD card button

Hi I used to be able to move  many apps to my SD card but now when I go to any app in settings there is no button  that stated move to SD, even a greyed out one There was a recent update to Android  9 but  I do not know if this is the reason  ( I have a screen capture  but I cannot  find an option to upload picture )
