Samsung Galaxy A21s cannot call out

dot59 I cannot make calls out to mobiles but I can ring my own home phone number and my sister can ring me on it, is there a setting for barring outgoing calls to mobiles it's all I can think off.

Did you check if call barring is on?
You could also contact your network provider and check if there are any network disturbances.
