Ulefone Armor 6 Texts missing in Ulefone
My partner just bought a Ulefone Armour, hasnt inserted a memory card, just a sim.
went to check texts and there’s only about 15 on the page the rest have gone.
is this a memory issue?
couldn't find anything in settings.
i don’t have a smart phone so between us we’re struggling...would welcome any help...thanks

Hello Sharon!
In general, only up to a maximum of 20 SMS messages are stored on the SIM card, and the remaining messages may be in the memory of the phone in which the SIM was previously inserted.

Thanks, so assuming he’d need to add a memory card to be able to have more texts than that?
we’ll get one and seee how we get on. I wonder if there is anyway to access the list texts (a couple had info in he wanted to keep), appreciate your help Denny. We are useless at this stuff lol
Btw, just to clarify these are texts he’s had since getting and using this phone. Went to look today and all the texts from over a week ago are gone...they had been received on this new phone not on previous phone.

Thanks for that last bit of information. Then the "problem" must be the new phone.
I don't think a memory card needs to be purchased. The phone has plenty of memory. That shouldn't be the problem.
Could it be that the messages were archived? This would be one explanation for the rapid disappearance.
Please check it:
- Open Messages
- Open the menu (three dots)
- Tap on Archived
