Call receivers are hearing an echo all the time.  How can i stop this?

I've tried with sound enhancement on and off and it doesn't make a difference.  It doesn't effect me but every caller hears a bad echo.

Hey, Cal!

In most cases this is due to the network connection of the callers themselves.

Greetings!

thanks for the prompt reply.  unfortunately, this is no the case in this instance as there is no issue on other mobile phones that I have tried.

Hello again!

The phone may be causing the earpiece to transmit the signal to the microphone.

Please try the following if you have the possibility. Please connect a headset to the device and start a call.

If the problem also occurs when using the headset, it must have another cause.

Greetings!

Hi again,

The phone doesn't have an echo when it is connected to my handsfree in my car.

I will try a headset to see if this makes a difference

Thanks for your answer!

It shouldn't make any difference to handsfree in a car, but it's worth a try.

If you don't have any problems with a headset either, you can try to fix the problem by resetting the phone to factory defaults.

If the error persists, it is unfortunately the phone itself.
