I love my smart watch, but a couple of weeks ago the touch screen stopped working. It still shows the time, etc., but I can't access any of the features. Is there something I can do to fix this?
It should be possible to reset the Smartwatch using the app that works with it. Unfortunately I don't have the device to try it out, so I'm not sure.
If the screen still does not work after the reset, unfortunately there is a defect.
Thanks for your response. I've tried rebooting through the app, but that didn't help. Do you know if there's a way to restore to factory settings without having to use the touch screen?
