Step 1: Open the settings
Step 2: Tap on Accessibility
Step 3: Tap on Colour correction
Step 4: Activate or deactivate Colour correction
Step 5: Tap on Correction mode to define how the colours should be corrected

Android 9 - Colour correction

This corrects colours depending on which mode you choose. It supports visionally impaired people by offering a mode for Deuteranomaly (red-green), Protanomaly (red-green) and Tritanomaly (Blue-yellow)
