Android - How to Enable or Disable Battery Optimization

In order to improve the battery life of the Android smartphone, the apps themselves are optimized in addition to the functions. If the battery consumption of an app is optimized, the app can be blocked in the background, depending on its size. Synchronization is also partially prevented.

No general setting can be enabled or disabled under Android. Every single app must always be excluded or added from this measure.
