Fixed dialing allows you to block outgoing calls (except emergency calls), while incoming calls are not restricted. Fixed dialing numbers (FDN) on the Android smartphone must be enbaled in the phone settings using PIN2.
We can also create a list of phone numbers that are allowed to be called.

  9. Manage the FDN list
