Hello people!

New phone but did have almost 6 years BV6000 and it was excellent phone. I have now BV6300 pro version,and problem that when i connect phone via usb cable to pc,it doesn't recognize it nor nothing.

With old phone was easy,was recognized imediately without problem,but this one is somethin else. Can somebody assist me with this problem?

Hi User1!

Connection problems can have various causes. You could use a different USB cable or a different USB port on the PC. You can also update the USB drivers on the PC.

Also, after connecting to the PC, you can check the notification shade to see if there is a message from Android regarding the current connection.

i have brand new cable that i've received with phone,did try to install some drivers,but again is not working,did try different ports as well,but with no luck..

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it's not always the best with the "new" cables either. I had to try three different USB C cables the other day until a new device could successfully connect to the PC.

Does your PC react somehow when you connect the device? (Notification sound, anything?).

Hello. No it doesn't make no sound nothing,will try on other pc or with other cable. New problem that i discover yesterday,that phone was charging itself slow,like whole night long,and in the morning was on 96%. What could be problem with that?

Exactly, try it on another PC, if it is possible and then report to us if a connection can be established there.

Regarding the battery, I have to ask if you have checked the battery settings and if there is a function for optimized charging on the device? (I can't check it myself, unfortunately).

If there is no such option, you could try other charging adapters or recalibrate the battery.

Hello. Did try with other cable and charger,but nothing has changed. Battery settings are poor,there is no option to optimize charging whatsoever.

Must admit,been dissapointed with this phone,maybe is faulty itself,not sure,will try to get other one,and return this one,but is annoying,again to adjust all settings,accounts transfer etc..

Yes, it is annoying when everything has to be set up again.

You can report back if it worked with the replacement device and if everything works with the new phone.
