Doogee S68 Pro Receive some sms not others
I'm in NZ on the Spark network. I receive most messages but others never turn up at all! Thoughts?

Hello MattV. do only SMS messages of some contacts/numbers not arrive or rather by chance?
I could imagine that there might be a lock for unknown callers. Check the Phone App > Menu (three dots) > Settings to see if such a function is available here. Such a function can also be available directly from the mobile phone provider.

Not solved, just clicked the wrong button
Since some messages are arriving, I can't imagine that there is a wrong setting. start the smartphone in safe mode and test if messages are arriving. maybe another app is blocking the incoming SMS.
If possible test the SIM card in another device.
I've done a factory reset and changed my SMS app. Will report back

Since you have tried a factory reset and another SMS app, I would assume that the problem is with your provider.
Have you already contacted your provider about this issue?

Talked to them, a bit useless. Keen to upsell me a new phone though!
Did you call the mobile operator (Spark) directly or the dealer where you bought the device?
Have you been able to test the SIM card in another smartphone?
I changed my default sms app to messenger and touch wood I think that has solved it ????????
use facebook masenger program for sms( it's only help for me). I have this problem too. then you messenger app works in background you can get sms,but then you clean program from background you do not get it.
Disable the duraspeed function in setting.then messages will be normally.100% work!
