High pitched sound on callers

Can you please describe the problem in more detail? Does this high-pitched sound occur with every phone call?

Hi Thanks for getting back to me. I have just noticed that the high pitched , viberating sound is more with the videos my friend sends me. Is it any thing to do with my phone saying storage space is running out. I just put in SD 128 GB. I thought that would solve the problem.

Do you get a notification when this sound is played?
Have you looked at the notification bar?

The sound volume is now so low that i can only hear the phone very quitely.

To rule out a defect of the speaker, you should test the speaker in different apps/during a call/etc.
