By default, the Huawei smartphone selects 2.4 GHz as its hotspot frequency band, which is also supported by all WLAN devices, but to provide faster data
transfer, the 5.0 GHz band can be activated, which is supported by most newer devices.

Set band for access point -  Open the  Settings
Set band for access point -  Tap on  Mobile network
Set band for access point -  Tap on  Tethering & portable hotspot
Set band for access point -  Tap on  Personal hotspot
Set band for access point -  Tap on  Configure hotspot
Set band for access point -  Enable  Show advanced options
Set band for access point -  Tap on  AP band
Set band for access point -  Choose  2,4 GHz  or  5GHz
Set band for access point -  Confirm with  OK
