LG How to Silence Notification from Individual Apps
LG 871On LG smartphones, you can prioritize notifications from an app. Under the Importance option, you can set the app's notifications as Urgent, High, Medium, or Low. Depending on the level, visual and/or acoustic interruptions are generated.
- Urgent: Generate sound and display it on the screen
- High: generate sound
- Medium: No sound
- Low: No sound or visual interruption

- Open the Settings
- Tap on General
- Tap on Apps & notifications
- Tap on App info
- Tap on desired App
- Tap on App notifications
- Tap on a Category
- Tap on Importance
- Choose between Urgent, High, Medium and Low
