Oukitel C13 Pro Security app - No notification or sound

amvanzyl Not pleased with my Oukitel WP13 upgrade. Left Miphone after years of using the product. Not userfriendly this rugged Oukitel. My security app will not push notifications or make a sound. I have tried everything and help is quite non existant.

If you have checked all notifications of the security app, I recommend you to contact the support of Oukitel directly, because it is either a bug or the app sends only silenced notifications.
